Prices shown as starting amounts may change with season, duration, extras, or stock, and final quotes are confirmed before payment.

Seasonal discounts, when offered, will not exceed forty-five percent and will be stated clearly in writing.

Submitting a form is a request, not an automatic confirmation of stock or a completed contract until we accept the booking.

We may decline a hire when bikes are unavailable, weather is unsafe, or information provided is incomplete.

Riders must hold valid photo identification and accept a refundable security arrangement at pickup as explained for each booking.

Helmets must be worn as required by Victorian road rules, and we supply a helmet with each hire.

You must ride in a careful manner, obey traffic signals, and respect shared paths around the Port Melbourne waterfront.

City bikes are intended for sealed paths and ordinary streets, not for aggressive trail riding or stunts.

Mountain bikes may be used on suitable trails, but not for downhill parks, jumps, or racing events unless we agree in writing.

E-bike riders must follow local assist and road rules and return keys and charge accessories with the bike.

Family packs require an adult hirer who remains responsible for younger riders throughout the hire period.

Guided tours start at the confirmed time, and late arrivals may join only if the guide can do so safely.

We may cancel or reschedule a tour when severe weather or an emergency makes the planned route unsafe.

You should report mechanical issues promptly by calling the shop so we can advise or arrange a swap when stock allows.

Loss, theft, or damage beyond fair wear may be charged against the deposit or invoiced according to repair costs.

Return the bike at the agreed time unless you arrange an extension before the deadline.

Late returns may attract additional hire fees as stated when we confirm your booking.

Website materials, logos, and text remain the intellectual property of Canepol Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy substantial parts of the site for commercial reuse without permission.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, and Viber are provided for convenience and are governed by those providers.

We aim for accurate information, yet maps, path conditions, and ferry schedules can change without notice.

You should check local conditions on the day of your ride and adjust plans when construction or events affect routes.

To the extent permitted by law, Canepol Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it may be limited to resupply of services or payment of the cost of resupply where allowed.

You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about pickup changes or safety notices.

Abusive conduct toward staff or other riders may result in refusal of service and early termination of a hire.

Bonus program perks are discretionary benefits applied when eligibility criteria and stock conditions are met.

Perks have no cash value and cannot be transferred as a standalone product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction where appropriate.

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect.

We may update these Terms of Use by publishing a revised version on this page.

Material updates apply to new bookings and website use after the published date in 2026.
